1. Acceptance of Terms
By ordering or using LemoTV, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the current version.
2. The Service
LemoTV provides access to streaming television and on-demand content delivered over the internet through a compatible player app. Channel lineups and library content may change over time as availability shifts.
3. Accounts & Credentials
You'll receive login credentials to use within your IPTV app. These are for your own household use — please keep them private. You are responsible for any activity that takes place using your credentials.
4. Payments & Renewals
Subscriptions are paid in advance for the term you select. Your access remains active for that period and pauses when it ends. To continue, simply renew your plan before or after expiry.
5. Starter Offer & Refunds
The $4.99 starter month is a one-time trial for new customers and acts as your opportunity to evaluate the service. Because access is granted immediately and in full, subscriptions are non-refundable and we do not offer a money-back guarantee. Please use the starter month to make sure LemoTV is right for you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to resell, redistribute or publicly broadcast the service without authorisation, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. Reseller arrangements are available separately through our reseller program.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high reliability and near-continuous uptime, but we cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted. Occasional maintenance, upstream issues or factors beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
LemoTV is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms as our service evolves. The latest version will always be available on this page, with an updated effective date.
